Shi Fu Jeffrey B. Cook, Grandmaster
I began my studies as a child and have continued them across over half a century. I hold Master Level degrees in several styles of Martial Arts. Each Art is over 900 years old and each is a true Combat Style. These systems were developed not for sport, but for hand to hand combat and the ancient battlefield. These martial arts systems include both “empty hand” and weapons such as Staff and Sword. I had several teachers and each of them was either the First, Second, or Third highest ranking practitioner on the planet of the system they taught. I spent a total of 34 years studying under their tutelage. I was awarded the title of Grandmaster on 18 February 2000. Since that time I have continuously taught and trained.
In my time as a Martial Arts instructor I have taught a wide variety of people including SWAT Police, members of Special Forces, professional bouncers and everyday people that wanted to learn to be expert fighters of the highest caliber.
